PRACTICE AREA
The main focus of Dr. Kurreck is internal and corporate reorganization and restructuring (including negotiations regarding coordination of interests and social compensation plans), corporate transactions, and preparations of structures of contracts of employment. Moreover, Dr. Kurreck plans and negotiates works agreements (including the preparation of arbitration committee proceedings) and company agreements. Further, he assists his clients in all issues regarding employment law in daily business. Further focuses of interest of Dr. Kurreck are corporate and medical law issues.
AWARDS AND RECOGNITIONS
Dr. Kurreck is the senior partner in our labor law department, was among the four nominees for JUVE’s Labor Law Firm of the Year 2025 in Germany, and is regularly listed in the JUVE handbook as a frequently recommended lawyer.
