PRACTICE AREA
Ms Stamm advises companies and executives on all aspects of employment law. Her key areas of practice include, among other things, advising on the commencement and termination of employment relationships, drafting employment and service contract provisions, preparing works council agreements, and providing support in restructuring processes. In addition, Ms Stamm assists our clients in their day-to-day employment law matters and represents them before administrative authorities and in court.
