Ms Pawlak advises national and international companies and executives in all areas of individual and collective employment law. She specialises in advising companies on the drafting of employment and service contract regulations, the preparation, implementation and negotiation of dismissals and termination proceedings, including the drafting and negotiation of termination and settlement agreements. Ms Pawlak also represents our clients in disputes before the labour courts.
