PRACTICE AREA
Dr. Gasch provides comprehensive advice on complex new construction and renovation projects and is regularly involved in defining the project structure and drafting contracts for all parties involved (architects, specialist planners, construction companies). His main area of expertise is in strategic and construction-related advice, particularly for construction projects that have run into difficulties. He places particular emphasis on taking into account the industry-specific features and the economic impact on the client.
