PRACTICE AREA
Mr. Berndt advises national and international companies and executives on all aspects of individual and collective labor law. His main areas of expertise include advising companies on the drafting of employment and service contract provisions, the preparation, implementation, and negotiation of dismissals and termination procedures, including the drafting and negotiation of termination and settlement agreements.
He also advises companies on matters relating to collective bargaining and works constitution law.
Mr. Berndt’s core areas of expertise include litigation under labor law, particularly in the area of dismissal protection law.
