PRACTICE AREA
Dr Maximilian Windorf advises national and international clients from various industries on all corporate law matters, in particular on issues of corporate governance, including compliance, directors’ and officers’ liability, and capital markets law. Another key focus of his practice is advising on domestic and cross‑border M&A transactions.
Dr Windorf regularly advises on and attends shareholders’ meetings and general meetings of listed and non‑listed companies.
