PRACTICE AREA
Ms. Fink advises on all aspects of corporate law, with a particular focus on venture capital and M&A. She assists medium-sized companies as well as company founders and startups—from incorporation and investment projects through to the legal structuring and execution of business sales. Another area of focus is advising on restructurings under the German Restructuring Act (UmwG). She also advises on matters of insolvency law.
Her practice areas include, in particular, the drafting and review of corporate law contracts and documentation, the preparation and support of shareholder meetings, and litigation in corporate law disputes. In addition, Ms. Fink has special experience in dealing with the Transparency Register and the identification of beneficial owners. Within the firm, she is also actively involved as the organizer of the young lawyers’ get-together.
