Ms Beyrer specialises in advising companies in the technology, construction, food, fashion and banking industries on regulatory issues in IT and data protection law. She also works in the field of intellectual property, with a focus on trademark law – from registration to enforcement of existing trademark rights – as well as in competition law, copyright law and the right of reply, for example when examining and contesting company valuations.
