PRACTICE AREA
Ms. Ranzinger advises companies and executives in all areas of individual and collective employment law. Her main practice areas include advising companies on the drafting of employment and service contract regulations, the preparation, implementation and negotiation of terminations and termination procedures, including the drafting and negotiation of termination and settlement agreements. Another focus of her work is works constitution law. Here, she supports companies in all collective-law issues, including the negotiation and conclusion of works agreements, in particular in the areas of IT and data protection. Ms. Ranzinger also represents our clients in disputes before the labor courts.
