PRACTICE AREA
Katharina Mitterer advises companies with many years of experience in IT law and data protection law and supports them in the legally compliant implementation of IT projects, the development of digital business models, and transformation and digitization processes.
A particular focus of her advice is on AI legal consulting and dealing with data-driven technologies. She develops tailor-made strategies, ensures compliance with national and European regulations (e.g., AI Act), and supports companies in contract drafting, risk management, and the secure implementation of innovative technologies.
In addition, she offers training courses and workshops to not only prepare companies for the successful and legally compliant use of artificial intelligence, but also to provide them with ongoing support.
