Ms Regnath advises companies and executives in all areas of individual and collective employment law. Her main areas of expertise include advising companies on the drafting of employment and service contract regulations, the preparation, implementation and negotiation of terminations and termination procedures, including the drafting and negotiation of termination and settlement agreements. Another focus of her work is works constitution law. Here she supports companies in all collective law issues including the negotiation and conclusion of works agreements, in particular in the area of IT and data protection. Ms Regnath also represents our clients in disputes before the labour courts.
