Intellectual Property, Competition Law, IT and Data Protection Law
Mr. Rapp advises companies on intellectual property law, with a particular focus on legal challenges in the digital space, ranging from IP matters to the regulation of AI applications. One of his key areas of practice is supporting start-ups in building and protecting their brands, as well as developing legally compliant market entry strategies. Additionally, Mr. Rapp provides counsel on defamation and media law, representing clients both in strategic risk mitigation and in litigation concerning personality rights and unlawful statements.
