Procurement Law
Our procurement law practice group comprises highly competent lawyers with many years of experience, high quality standards and focussed specialisation on procurement law. We advise clients (government, federal states, cities/towns, companies) and bidders in a practically oriented manner and with high specialist expertise with regard to all issues of European and national procurement law. We prepare and support legally certain procurement procedures or assume the function of awarding contracts for our clients. We advise and support our bidder clients in the participation in procurement procedures and support them in preparing promising bids.
Moreover, we represent contracting authorities and bidders in review procedures before procurement tribunals – in preliminary injunction proceedings as well as in suits for damages arising from a procurement context. In our procurement law practice group we focus on real estate and construction, public private partnerships, project development and control, infrastructure, planning and free-lance services.
