Mr Berndt advises national and international companies as well as executives in all areas of individual and collective employment law. His main practice areas include advising companies on the drafting of employment and service contract regulations, the preparation, implementation and negotiation of terminations and termination procedures, including the drafting and negotiation of termination and settlement agreements.
Mr Berndt also represents our clients in disputes before the labour courts.
