PRACTICE AREA
Dr. Göggerle specializes in consulting for domestic and foreign SMEs, their shareholders and directors in all matters of corporate law, including tax and inheritance law issues. Her practice focuses on litigation in these areas, in particular the judicial enforcement and defense against claims of all kinds against companies and their shareholders or executive bodies. In addition, Dr. Göggerle supports our clients in corporate housekeeping, the handling of all corporate and commercial law requirements and obligations.
