PRACTICE AREA
Dr. Göggerle specializes in consulting for domestic and foreign SMEs in various industries, their directors and shareholders in all matters of corporate law. Her work especially includes enforcement in court of and defense against all manner of claims against companies and shareholders, including consulting on cross-border situations. Other concentrations include shareholder disputes and enforcing, avoiding, and defending against claims from D&O liability. In addition, Dr Göggerle advises in the area of inheritance law as well as on questions of asset succession.
