SPECIALISATION

Mr Cordes specialises in all aspects of public procurement law. He provides comprehensive advice to public contracting authorities and utilities on the legally compliant implementation of procurement projects at both national and European level, covering supplies, services and works – from strategic preparation and the drafting of tender documents through to bid evaluation and contract award. In addition, Mr Cordes assists applicants and tenderers in participating in procurement procedures.

Mr Cordes represents both contracting authorities and tenderers in procurement disputes before the Public Procurement Tribunals and the Public Procurement Divisions of the Higher Regional Courts.
