Corporate, banking and capital markets law
Mr. Frick advises entrepreneurs and companies on all aspects of corporate law.
A particular focus of his work is corporate litigation. In particular, he represents his clients in shareholder disputes both out of court (e.g., in contentious shareholder meetings) and in court (before state courts and in arbitration proceedings).
In addition, Mr. Frick regularly advises on company acquisitions and sales (M&A transactions). In cross-border transactions, he also advises on issues of foreign trade law (foreign trade investment assessment).
