Mr. Linse specializes in public, private construction law and commercial rental law.
His work particularly includes the following main areas:
- Years of experience in legal consulting for large construction projects (including municipal pool, new hotel construction and rehabilitation, and modernization of hotel buildings, parking garage construction)
- Drafting and negotiating agreements for implementing construction projects (architect’s agreement, project management agreement, engineering agreements, particularly construction agreements including GMP model contracts, building planner’s agreement, structural planning agreement, technical equipment agreement, general contracting agreements)
- Ongoing legal consulting for construction companies, architects, and private and municipal clients
- Preparation of contract-critical correspondence; specifically (selection): advising in the course of claim management, reviewing additional-compensation claims, verifying completeness of performance description, consulting during construction preparation and execution, consulting during the offering phase, enforcement of defect correction claims, reviewing obstruction notices, reviewing performance target
- Extensive forensic work in court (independent proceedings for taking evidence and principal proceedings; temporary injunctions)
