Dr. Damm specializes in commercial rental law, real-estate management law, and private construction law.

In the area of real-estate management law, Dr. Damm’s consulting includes the following focuses:

• accompaniment of due-dilligence processes
• real-estate transaction

In the area of commercial rental law, emphasis is on contract preparation and design including review.  In the field of private construction law, Dr. Damm advises project customers and contractors in medium-size and large construction projects, particularly in the area of infrastructure, business and residential construction. His work includes the following legal consulting services, among others:

• Designing, preparing, and negotiating the key agreements for implementing the construction project (architecture agreement, project management agreement, engineering agreements, building agreements including GMP model contracts, property developer agreements)
