PRACTICE AREA
Ms. Quarg specializes in employment law advice for medium-sized enterprises and corporations. She advises national and international clients on all aspects of individual and collective employment law. Her expertise includes drafting and terminating employment relationships, implementing workplace reintegration management programs, supporting restructuring processes, and addressing matters of co-determination law. Ms. Quarg represents clients in courts across Germany and provides comprehensive guidance on the full spectrum of employment law challenges in daily business operations.
Additionally, Ms. Quarg advises companies, executives, and corporate bodies on the structuring, conclusion, and termination of employment and service agreements. Her clients include employers’ associations and businesses from various industries, such as the food sector (particularly meat and sausage products), e-commerce, IT and technology, pharmaceuticals, and fashion.
