Dr. Zwissler advises clients in the fields of corporate, banking and capital markets law and in all matters related to corporate finance.

- Contracts with directors and officers (management board members and managing directors) and D&O liability lawsuits

Dr. Zwissler has extensive experience as member of supervisory and advisory boards of various companies and associations. He is a member of the International Bar Association (IBA) and the Inter-Pacific Bar Association (IPBA) (Jurisdictional Council Member (Germany) und Past-Chairman of the Banking, Finance and Securities Committee) and he is Past-Chairman of LawExchange International.
Dr. Zwissler regularly publishes and lectures on topics of current interest in his fields of specialty.

Dr. Zwissler has been listed as a “frequently recommended lawyer” in the JUVE handbook for many years. He is also recommended in “Best Lawyers” for corporate law and M&A.
The German business paper “Handelsblatt” lists Dr. Zwissler among “GERMANY’S BEST LAWYERS 2024” in the area of corporate law and M&A.

- Advice of regulated financial services providers from England and Switzerland on the admissibility under supervisory law of providing services in Germany
