Dr. Zwissler advises clients in the fields of corporate, banking and capital markets law and in all matters related to corporate finance.

Dr. Zwissler has extensive experience as member of supervisory and advisory boards of various companies and associations. He is a member of the International Bar Association (IBA) and the Inter-Pacific Bar Association (IPBA) (Jurisdictional Council Member (Germany) und Past-Chairman of the Banking, Finance and Securities Committee) and he is Past-Chairman of LawExchange International.
Dr. Zwissler regularly publishes and lectures on topics of current interest in his fields of specialty.
