PRACTICE AREA
Ms. Weihberg advises on real estate and construction law throughout the entire life cycle of a property. This includes drafting and negotiating all necessary contracts as well as supporting and advising clients in all necessary processes. Her areas of expertise also include advising on asset management, the extrajudicial and judicial enforcement and defense of claims, and providing legal support for project developments. Thanks to her professional background, Ms. Weihberg also has extensive knowledge of public construction law.
She is particularly active in the hotel and leisure industry and healthcare real estate, and also provides comprehensive advice in all areas of private and commercial tenancy law.
