Patrizia Zorn specializes in private construction law, commercial and private landlord and tenant law. At the same time, Ms. Zorn has several years of experience in energy law and public building law. At Zirngibl, Ms. Zorn advises and represents contractors and clients in the enforcement of and defense against defect rights in the context of medium to large construction projects. In addition, her work also includes drafting contracts for (commercial) leases and contracts in connection with construction projects.
