SPECIALISATION
Mr. Schneiker advises on all questions of construction and architectural law. The focus of his work lies in advising private clients and companies, whereby he is well acquainted with the concerns and interests on both sides due to his many years of experience. He drafts and negotiates construction contracts according to VOB/B or BGB, architects’ and engineers’ contracts, general contractor agreements, general contractor agreements, GMP contracts or open-book contracts.
Mr. Schneiker has particular expertise in the areas of infrastructure, office and hotel conversions as well as retail conversions and extensions. He is also familiar with advising international investors and companies as well as international construction contracts (including FIDIC).
Mr Schneiker is a litigator and represents his clients’ interests before all German courts.
