PRACTICE AREA
Dr. Gaßner advises medium-sized companies, their managers and shareholders on all corporate law issues. Her practice includes the assertion, avoidance and defense of directors’ and officers’ liability claims, handling of corporate disputes as well as M&A transactions.
Furthermore, Dr. Gaßner specializes in all questions concerning the German Money Laundering Act including the transparency register. She also advises on inheritance law and asset succession.
